The Anthea, Theros and Mythos apartments can be booked a minimum of one and a maximum of 365 days in advance, for a minimum of 2 and maximum of 29 nights.
Reservations are considered valid upon receipt by Estate Riomaggiore of the full payment of the stay. The entire booking process is completed through the EstateRiomaggiore.com site in the appropriate section. There is no refund if clients leave early or arrive late.
It is possible to cancel the booking. If the cancellation is carried out 60 days before arrival, Estate Riomaggiore will refund 100% of the amount paid. If the cancellation is made 14 days before arrival, Estate Riomaggiore will refund 70% of the amount paid. In case of cancellations beyond these terms, the deposit will be retained totally. In case of no-show without cancellation, Estate Riomaggiore will be free from any commitment and make the accommodation available for a new reservation.
Upon arrival we will request a € 200.00 deposit to guarantee the good condition of the premises and the objects inventory, of which a description will be provided. The amount will be returned the day of departure after checking the property and inventory, less (at current prices) sums for any damage or faults caused to the property. Any problems will be recognized only if highlighted the day of arrival. The customer agrees to use the rented asset with the utmost care and will be responsible for damage and missing items. The customer will, in any case, be responsible for any damage in excess of the deposit.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. of the arrival date. The guest is required to communicate the arrival time, at least one hour before arriving, by calling the number provided (after booking). The check-out time is by 10 a.m. on the departure date. Arrivals and departures at different times must be communicated and agreed with and accepted by management.
Numbers of guests
The number of people shall not be more than stated and agreed at the time of booking (including children). The number of people greater than those stated is not allowed and will cause termination of the contract resulting in the loss of any amount already paid, without any charges and/or compensation. The property cannot be sub-leased to third parties under any circumstances, otherwise the contract is terminated.
Every apartment is equipped with sufficient items and accessories for the number of people it can hold. The customer is required to inspect, upon checking in, all the items and report any malfunctions or deficiencies immediately to the manager. Once the inspection has been carried out the customer will sign an items and facilities list that are located inside the apartment. Faulty, broken or missing items will be charged to the customer.
Bed linen and towels
Every apartment has bed linen and towels for the number of guests agreed when booking.
Available upon request, free rollaway beds, for children up to three years of age.
Pets are welcome with prior notice when booking.
Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments and the parking space.
Cleaning and maintenance
All lodgings are handed over clean and in working order. Although final cleaning is obligatory, the customer should ensure the daily tidying up of the apartment and will be responsible for its integrity. Upon returning the property the customer is obliged to leave the property in acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning of the kitchen and the dishes which must be left clean and tidy otherwise a charge of € 50,00 will be levied. Customers must also leave the refrigerator and trash can empty, and must take away waste based on the differentiated waste collection; they must also place back any furniture moved during the stay.
Customers undertake to occupy the accommodations respecting the rules of good neighborliness. In particular they must not disturb the peace (from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) and in the early afternoon hours (from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
parking space is available for customers and should be verified at the time of booking. The fare is € 20,00 per day.
A paid cleaning service is available upon request for extra cleaning (including change of linen) at a cost of € 50,00 each.
Bed linen and towels
Upon request extra change of linen is offered at an extra cost. The cost for bed linen and towels is € 15.00 per change.
